Welcome to Operation Mordecai! We are a Church and Missions security training and operations ministry. In the past several years, our nation has been rocked by a major increase in violence in public places. Churches have become a major target. This evil and violence in our world is a manifestation of the spiritual battle that is raging. Church leaders have been faced with the responsibility to spiritually guide and protect their churches.

Operation Mordecai was established to provide resources and training to church security teams. Whether you are starting a team for the first time or looking to provide advanced training to your team, our training is tailored to your church and its needs.

Our instructors have extensive backgrounds in military, medical fields, and private security. Operation Mordecai has provided training to churches from coast to coast with an overwhelming response. We now offer nationally recognized USCCA certifications in concealed handgun and countering the active shooter threat training.
